Project Brief

The design goal is to visualize the abstract idea of “letting go and embracing freedom.” The cover should evoke a sense of softness, release, and quiet hope—something readers can feel at first glance. The visual direction aims to express themes of liberation, renewal, and new beginnings, while maintaining a minimal, modern, and gently calming aesthetic.

Design Rationale

The cover uses balloons floating toward the sky to symbolize freedom and lightness after letting go, reflecting the book’s core message: “Embrace release, welcome freedom.” Soft curves and flowing shapes represent the act of release, while generous negative space creates a sense of airiness and mental openness. The overall goal is to let readers immediately feel that letting go also brings space and freedom.
